30-Day Refund Eligibility

We offer eligible refunds within 30 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

We do not accept returns. Instead, we evaluate refund requests based on the circumstances outlined below.

Supporting evidence such as photographs, videos, or other documentation may be required before a refund can be approved.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Ordering the wrong product or variation.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier that are outside our control.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

No Returns

Taramico does not accept product returns.

In most cases, customers will not be required to send products back in order for a refund request to be evaluated. If additional information is needed, our support team will contact you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing or fulfillment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If an issue occurs after delivery, you may submit a refund request in accordance with this policy.

Fraud Prevention

Taramico reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this Refund Policy. We may request additional information to verify claims before issuing a refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
